Frequently Asked Questions about online payment with
international Cards
What type of cards do we accept online payment?
We accept international cards (credit/ debit/ prepaid) such
as Visa, MasterCard, AmEx and JCB.
Do you need to register online function for card with bank?
To make online payments, you must register payment method
via Internet with your bank. Some banks are not automatically active this
function when they issue card for you.
You should contact Issure bank (Phone number displayed on
the back of card) to help you solve this.
Why was my payment rejected?
There are many reasons for failed transaction such as:

Not register online services at bank for online payment.
ü
Insufficient fund for payment (daily
or monthly)
ü
Incorrect card number (Try it with numbers only, No dashes or spaces)
ü
For Visa, MasterCard,JCB: During the payment flow you are asked to enter
password of Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode or J/Secure program, but you
did not complete this authentication step. Please contact your bank about this.
You should contact Issuer bank (Phone number displayed on
the back of card) to help you.
What is “Verified by Visa (VbV), “MasterCard SecureCode” or “J/Secure”?
VbV, MSC or J/Secure is a security program which ensures
that payments using certain credit and debit cards are authenticated by the card
holder with their bank at the time of the transaction.
If your card is enrolled with VbV, MSC or
J/Secure, during the payment flow you will be asked to enter a password to
verify that the transaction is authorised by the card owner before completion.
The password is issued by your bank to secure transactions
via the internet. After submitting your card details at checkout, a new window
will appear asking you to enter your password. If you do not enter your password
correctly, or you close this window, your payment will not be authorised.
If you have forgotten your password or are having any
problems, please contact your bank to help you solve this.
In some cases, we will do refund for you. How long you can get this fund?
We send you confirmation by email.
According to rules of Card Association, the maximum time
that you receive fund is 30 days since doing refund. In fact, you may receive
fund sooner, within 50-10 days.
You don’t receive any result on the screen, what do you do ?
After completing the payment steps, within 30 seconds if
you don’t receive any result on the screen. Please contact us to get the
result.. You should not make further transactions to avoid being charged a
second time
